Yes — 100% free with no hidden charges, no paid plans and no download limits on our side. Small ads that stay out of your way keep the site running.

No. Paste any public TeraBox share link and FileSnag makes a direct download for you. No login, no app install, no phone verification.

FileSnag never stores your files and keeps no history of the links you paste. Everything is read and then forgotten the moment your download is ready.

All public share links work, including terabox.com, teraboxapp.com, 1024terabox.com, teraboxshare.com and mirrobox.com URLs.

Usually it is one of these: the link has expired, the share is private or password-protected, or extra spaces got copied with the URL. Copy the full link again carefully and try again. If it still fails, the owner may have deleted the file.

FileSnag itself sets no size limit. Very large files simply take longer to get ready, depending on your connection speed.

Yes. FileSnag works fully in your mobile or desktop browser — nothing to install on any device. On iPhone, downloads go to the Files app; on Android, to your Downloads folder.

Downloading files that were shared with you — or your own files — is fine. Always respect copyright and only download content you have the right to access. See our Terms of Use for details.

The direct links FileSnag makes are temporary. To share, send the original TeraBox share link — the other person can paste it into FileSnag themselves.

Not yet. Private or password-protected shares need the official TeraBox app. We only open public share links.

Both work. Paste a folder share link and FileSnag shows you what is inside, so you can grab one file or the whole folder.

Speed depends on your own connection and how busy the file host is at that moment. Wait a few minutes and try again, or try a different browser or network.

No. We do not store your files, your links, or any download history. Every visit starts fresh.

FileSnag only opens public links. For a password-protected share, open it in the official TeraBox app — or ask the sender for a public link.
