Short version: we don't store your files, we don't keep your link history, and we don't sell data. Here's the full version.

1. Information we process

When you paste a TeraBox share link, our servers read the file info needed to make your download. This happens only for a moment — links and file data are deleted right after, and never saved or tied to you.

2. Information we collect

• Newsletter email — only if you sign up; used only to send updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Basic analytics — simple, anonymous counts (pages visited, rough region) to keep the service fast and working well.
• Cookies — one small cookie remembers your cookie choice; analytics and ad cookies only load if you accept.

3. What we never do

• We never require accounts, so we never hold passwords or profiles.
• We never store downloaded files or a history of your links.
• We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.

4. DMCA / abuse reports

FileSnag only opens links that users provide, and hosts no content itself. If you believe a link opened through our tool breaks your rights, email abuse@filesnag.com with the URL and proof of ownership, and we will block that link.

5. Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.

6. Third-party services

We use privacy-friendly analytics and normal hosting providers. These services may see IP addresses under their own policies.

7. Children

FileSnag is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We'll post any policy changes here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the current policy.
